CAN I give a zero. The service manager is awful. I went there to get my brakes fixed. They told me the brakes were fixed. They charged me $475.00. they didn't do anything with the brakes. They only check to see if the tires would spin while it was on the lift machine. They didn't even drive the car because if they had they would known the brakes weren't fixed. Shannon was the most helpful, considerate car salesman we have ever dealt with. He listened to everything we said and did his best to meet all of our needs. He never pressured us in any way. He had a great personality and has helped us graciously since our purchase, answering or showing us what we needed to know.
This was my worst experience from a fleet managers perspective at a dealership yet. During pickup the representative I was working with was not knowledgeable about auto integrate and continuously discouraged us from using it. She seemed frustrated and her tone came off unkind.

The finance guy (I forgot his name) was easy to work with and didn’t hassle for hours on buying all the ‘extras’. Not a dealership I would recommend for purchase of any vehicle. Got everything in order for purchase and delivery. Dealership did not deliver.. very disappointed..
They were patient with as with explored a couple of ways to make a deal, trade or no trade. I thought they we truly interested and creative in finding a way to make a deal. Stephen Baldwin was an excellent salesman to deal with. The manager/finance person ( sorry I don’t remember his name and didn’t get a card from him) was very easy to work with also.

I had a miner warranty issue with my Sierra 1500. I originally scheduled an appointment with Flow GMC but was told that I had to leave it with them for a few days. I called Capitol GMC and had an appointment within 2 days and waited an hour for my truck to be repaired. Capitol is my new warranty home.

Today (Monday August 17th) I had a terrible experience at your service center in Lexington, N.C. My 2021 Suburban has been using oil since the day we bought it from your dealership. Every time they tell me it's not using "enough" oil to submit a case to GM because of GM's "oil consumption bulletin". Last week, my dash alerted me I had low oil and needed to add oil. Had an appointment at 8:00am. I arrived on time and walked into the service department. All the service writers were hanging out. I waited at a desk, and a lady finally came and checked me in—but I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged that a customer had entered.
My car gets checked in for an oil change and a squeak from the serpentine belt (that we took last time to get looked at and they said nothing was wrong with it). I confirmed this was a waiter and headed to the waiting area.

0 stars in my opinion they put a "new" transmission on my truck and it only ran for 19 thousand miles and now they don't want to fix it I would not recommend buying from this place or any Chevy car they don't want to help you for their f ups

Friendly service; but I only met the receptionist, the estimated service needed was excessive. Over $10,500.00 of repair costs were reported. I was a mechanic, although disabled, I have not lost my mind. After researching and looking up prices all parts are $543.00 .So that means Capitol Chevrolet wanted $10,000 for labor. No Thank You

My experience with this dealership regarding the service department has been ridiculous. I brought a 2019 gmc Sierra and it’s been a pain. The truck initially had brake issues, I took the truck back twice and they resurfaced the rotors twice and my brakes are still squeaking. Unbelievably, I received a text message to leave a review after my experience with this dealer. I was a few seconds away from signing for the white Ford F-150 that they still have listed after telling me they would not sell it after our interaction. Tire noise. Told tech could not take for test ride. Then was told I had not rotated tires enough and that caused it when I bring it there every service. I was not even advised of pro rate for new tires as they were so loud I had to turn radio up 3/4 of way just to ALMOST drown out the noise. Tire noise started at 29k and was very bad. Tech rebalanced and I told to move to rear. Noise is tolerable now tire is on rear.
