I had a very good experience at capitol chevrolet. The people were very nice and they got my truck in to be serviced very quickly. There was a little glitch when one of their machines broke down, but they got repaired fairly quickly. My wait time was extended because of it but they made up for that with a couple of discounts to my bill. All in all, my I would give them an "A" for the visit and an "E" for their effort. My GMC truck had a bearing issue in the engine that caused it to lock up. It was under warranty and the engine was replaced at no cost. The service was great and they completed the work in 2 days. I was thrilled. Great experience.
