The service advisor was awesome, got me in and out with a loaner to drive while my car was being serviced, Ashley was amazing but I was told they would put a new upgraded turbo in mu car because original ones are junk but got my paperwork after service and its a remanufactured one that will propably fail again.

Toni was very helpful, polite and explained the process of getting a diagnosis for my issue.She offered several options to repair my Tahoe. Even though I could not afford to repair it she was very understanding and polite. Toni is an asset to Capital. If I could afford a new truck I would definitely buy one from Capital in Lexington. First off, the staff treat you with respect and welcoming attitudes when you walk through the lot of front doors. They had the SUV I wanted to look at pulled up front waiting for my arrival all cleaned up for a good impression. They absolutely gave me a great first impression. Alexis was very helpful, kind, and had a open listening ear to all of my concerns. Although I did not leave with the vehicle I wanted, they deserve your business. They pull strings so that I was comfortable and made my first time at a dealership a delight.

I have bought two vehicles from this dealership. The first vehicle was used and developed a problem after the purchase. This dealership made things right when the extended warranty company didn’t. Because of the way they helped me I came back from Concord to purchase a new vehicle. They are very courteous and helpful.

Ben and Matt were fantastic to deal with. Ben made the process smooth and was able to do everything over email and text. He had everything ready to hand off to Matt in finance when I got there. Matt was very good at understanding what I wanted and didn't want and made the process fast and painless. Great dealership and great people to work with. Highly recommend!
It took a week and several messages to the service department to get my car looked at. What I was told should be a warranty repair turned out to be a misaligned air filter from what I was told. It took the technician two hours to discover this. Over $350 in labor cost. However, still better than the dealership closest to me.

They still took my vehicle in even though I was later than expected. They advised me that they may not have it done the same day as I was originally told due to me having to come in later than planned. They still managed to get the job done same day and notified me immediately once the truck was ready for pickup. Really grateful for their help.

Very good service. No appointment scheduled on a Fri, walked in with specific request for oil pan gasket, o ring replacement along with normal oil change/ filter and accompanying exhaust gaskets. Fairly substantial time commitment due to being 4wd. Staff worked it in and did very good job. Will definitely return for any other services/ repairs.

He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable during the entire selection and negotiating process. After agreeing on a price, I had the pleasure working with Matt, the finance manager. He explained everything clearly and answered every question so I could understand. It's rare and refreshing that a car buying experience was a genuine pleasure.
As always service was great I love my Chevy Silverado and I only trust their expertise when it comes to my truck. As always. No complaints. Great service very friendly atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience today . Me and my granddaughter went car shopping and was greeted by Steven and right from the start . I felt comfortable and confident.
